NOVAH 2025 ESG Report Released | Less carbon, More efficiency, More care.

Novah Releases 2025 ESG Report: Turning Sustainability into Everyday Business Practice

NOVAH officially released 2025 Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report (available for download at the end of this article).

In 2025, Novah continued to advance sustainability across manufacturing, product development, supply chain management, global delivery, and social responsibility, translating long-term commitments into measurable actions and tangible progress.

These efforts reflect the three dimensions at the heart of ESG — Environmental, Social, and Governance — but for Novah, ESG is not a standalone agenda separated from the business. It is increasingly embedded in how we design products, manufacture them, deliver solutions globally, work with partners, and create value for the communities around us.

This year, we reflected on our ESG journey through three key themes: Less Carbon, More Efficiency, and Greater Responsibility.

In today’s world, where climate change and resource constraints are becoming increasingly severe, sustainability is no longer an optional add-on—it is the foundation of long-term corporate competitiveness. NOVAH’s approach is clear: to reshape from the source, drive change through design, and deliver on its commitments through action.

Less Carbon

For Novah, reducing carbon emissions begins with operational change rather than isolated environmental initiatives. In 2025, a 1.8 MW distributed solar photovoltaic system at our manufacturing facility was fully commissioned, bringing renewable electricity directly into production and daily operations.

Together with the continued electrification of production equipment, shuttle transportation, and business mobility, these initiatives helped Novah reduce total Scope 1 and Scope 2 operational carbon emissions by more than 30% year on year in FY2025.

Our carbon reduction efforts also extend beyond our own operations and into the products we create.

Throughout 2025, Novah continued to advance carbon footprint assessments for major products, disclose relevant carbon footprint information, obtain certification for selected product carbon data, and introduce products incorporating recycled materials.

By quantifying environmental impacts across raw material sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, transportation, use, maintenance, and end-of-life stages, we are building a clearer data foundation for material selection, product optimization, supply chain improvement, and customer sustainability decisions.

This also enables Novah to support customers with product carbon information for carbon inventories, emission-reduction planning, and the development of lower-carbon workplace solutions.

More Efficiency

Sustainability creates greater value when environmental improvements also make the business more efficient, resilient, and responsive.

In 2025, Novah began operating a central overseas warehouse in North America, shifting part of our international delivery model from fragmented direct shipments to a combination of consolidated bulk transportation and localized warehousing.

With core SKUs stocked closer to customers, delivery from the warehouse to destinations across the United States, Mexico, and Canada can be shortened to approximately one week.

More importantly, consolidating multiple fragmented shipments into bulk transportation helps reduce redundant journeys, improve loading efficiency, optimize last-mile routes, and lower logistics carbon intensity.

According to the 2025 ESG Report, the new model has reduced logistics carbon intensity by approximately 60%, demonstrating how operational efficiency and environmental performance can reinforce one another.

Greater Responsibility

Sustainability is also about people.

As Novah expands globally, we continue to strengthen a people-oriented and inclusive culture while encouraging our teams to respond to the real needs of the communities where they operate.

In China, Novah continued to support education and community initiatives and collaborated with animal rescue organizations, including donating furniture to support rescue facilities and their daily operations.

Our Community Initiatives in China

In Singapore, our team expanded local community engagement through initiatives such as “Oasis Soft Launch,” designed to provide tangible support to special-needs communities through health advocacy and inclusive interaction.

Our Community Initiatives in Singapore

From long-term charitable engagement in China to localized community action overseas, we are gradually building a model of social responsibility that grows alongside our international business.

Less carbon, More efficiency,  More care.

This is how Novah is moving sustainability forward — one product, one space, one operation, and one community at a time.
