Focus on workstation
Aaron has a job as a product manager at an Internet company.

On Monday morning, he steps into his office and feels really happy because it’s all warm and cozy.

He gets settled in at his desk and fiddles with his fancy chair until it’s just right – the perfect height and depth so he can work without any aches or pains.

His big, clean desk with everything in its place makes it super easy for him to dive into his work and kick off a productive day.

Private chat & innovative collaboration
Aaron got a call from a really important customer and quickly went to a nearby soundproof phone booth to talk privately. The quiet space made sure their chat was crystal clear without any distractions.

Once the call ended, Aaron wanted to update his team on the project’s newest developments. So, they all headed to an open, laid-back area for brainstorming. Aaron hopped onto a fun pony-shaped chair and chatted with his coworkers. They filled up the whiteboard with all sorts of ideas and managed to put together a solid plan for what to do next.

Teamwork
Aaron and his coworkers got together on the comfy, movable sofas to talk about how to handle what the customers want. They turned on the TV projector for a casual chat.

The area is a big open space designed for teamwork. It has folding sofas, tables for meetings, and flexible walls that can be used in different ways. The side tables and meeting tables have lots of room for papers and gadgets like laptops. There’s also a smart system for managing cords, so they can plug in computers and projectors fast, making it easy to share info and give presentations. This place makes it super simple and speedy to talk and collaborate.

Causal work and discussion
Aaron’s got a chill meet-up today with some suppliers, kind of like a friendly gathering instead of a strict business conference . He headed over to the flexible work area near his desk and quickly put together some office tables and screens to match the size and style of the gathering. This made it easier for everyone to chat and brainstorm during the event.

After the hangout, the suppliers had personal things to take care of, so they switched up the layout – they turned those shared “camper” workstations from group-friendly setups into individual desks. These camper stations were pretty cool: they came with built-in power sockets, lights, and storage spots, making it super convenient for people to get their work done around there.

Temporary Duty
It's almost time to get off work, and Aaron still has some temporary tasks to finish up. The semi-enclosed sofa near his workstation has become a great spot. Here, Aaron can use his computer and easily access power. The private atmosphere allows him to efficiently focus and complete his tasks.

When some tasks require collaborative discussions, he can invite colleagues to this space for brief communication without disturbing anyone.

Aaron's fulfilling day of work also comes to a close here, and he has had a very pleasant experience. He regards this place as a fun, personable, and efficient workplace.

The rapid advancement of information technology has gradually weakened the importance of fixed time and location in the office process. As office behaviors and demands become more diverse and dynamic, we firmly believe that a harmonious combination of furniture and space will help people create a new type of office environment that is free, flexible, and efficient. As you can see in this case, whether it is individual focus or team collaboration, employees' office needs are perfectly met.
