In November 2025, NOVAH Singapore team joined MINDSG Ltd for the soft launch of MINDS Oasis@Queenstown— a new inclusive space to promote interactions between persons with intellectual disability (PWIDs) and the community, especially those unserved.

Employees actively engaged in a series of hands-on activities that underscored the company’s dedication to inclusive practices. These included participating in an integrated Zumba session alongside MINDS clients, undertaking a neighborhood walk that facilitated shared experiences and conversations, and creating moments of genuine human connection that transcended verbal communication.

The initiative yielded dual benefits: it deepened participants’ empathy and strengthened internal team cohesion, while simultaneously advancing MINDS’ mission to empower PWIDs through social engagement and enhanced mobility.

We’re grateful to MINDSG Ltd for their trust, and proud of our team for showing up with openness and heart. This marks the start of NOVAH’s commitment to regular, hands-on community engagement in Singapore—with two volunteering initiatives planned annually. Because at NOVAH, inclusion isn’t a value we post about.
