This is the Shanghai headquarters office of Covance, which establishes an office system in line with employee behavior for enterprises, providing solutions to issues such as employee health and action efficiency, allowing the potential of the office space to be maximized.

Customer Profile

Covance is a global CRO that provides preclinical, clinical, and commercialization services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. It is the most comprehensive drug development company dedicated to advancing healthcare and providing real solutions.

In response to the needs of different functional personnel and various office behaviors, should we create a more diversified workstation system? The answer is undoubtedly yes.

In this office, we have configured both traditional fixed workstations and temporary workstations. Temporary workstations not only address the uncertain demands brought about by personnel mobility, increasing space utilization, but also height-adjustable workstations meet employees’ needs for switching working postures.

Novah strictly controls every detail of the office space. For example, most of the height-adjustable workstations used in the past did not have effective cable management, resulting in messy wiring. The height-adjustable desks provided by Novah, on the other hand, feature minimalist cable management.

Novah not only provides high-quality office furniture, but also conducts research and data analysis on office space and people’s office behavior. Through research, we can know how many workstations this office space needs, how large the meeting rooms and leisure spaces need to be, including the ratio of temporary workstations to fixed workstations, which is also a scientific theory obtained through our data analysis.

We have customized Loker lockers with password locks for enterprises, matched with under-desk cabinets and storage cabinets next to the aisle, fully meeting the storage needs of employees.

After satisfying individual needs of employees, we also take into account collaboration among departments, where meeting rooms serve as important venues for communication.
