After in-depth research, the Novah NEXT team customized a space solution for this enterprise, allowing each person to leverage their strengths and thereby promoting corporate performance growth.

The client served by this project is a leading enterprise in the technology industry, established in 1987. It is a globally renowned provider of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure and smart terminal devices, employing 207,000 staff across over 170 countries and regions, serving a population of more than 3 billion worldwide.

The office space is designed to serve people, and our primary focus is on how to meet the needs of employees. Additionally, with young members joining the team, the office style should become more youthful and energetic in order to inspire employee creativity.

We have decided to add more shared workstations to provide ample office space for employees and increase space utilization.

Novah has extended its functionalities to cater to other requirements of corporate employees. This includes categorizing meeting rooms into different types (large, medium, and small) depending on the number of occupants, usage frequency, and specific usage demands, thereby establishing a closer connection between organizational structure and space configuration.
