Excellent Experience in Shared Office Area

Currently, shared offices are prevalent in numerous businesses, particularly among large and adaptable organizations. Office space design increasingly considers employee mobility and flexibility. 

An example is Hot Desking, where multiple employees share the same desk or other workspaces during different time periods. Some perspectives argue that this method increases desk utilization rates, promotes flexible working, and boosts efficiency.

For Cytiva, colleagues from cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu often come to the Shanghai office for business trips due to work needs; at the same time, some employees in the Shanghai office also need flexible working arrangements for reasons such as project collaboration. 

Taking into account the needs of both aspects, the first-floor space is planned as a shared office area.

Hot Desk shared office area provides a personalized office experience for users of different body types and work habits by configuring Dyna2 height-adjustable tables and Seda ergonomic chairs.

Dyna2 workstation can flexibly adjust its height, allowing employees who prefer standing or sitting positions to find their comfortable working state. It can also provide an appropriate desktop height for employees of different heights. 

The Seda ergonomic chair boasts a wealth of adjustability options, including a jointed passive frontal lumbar support, an oversized headrest, height-adjustable armrests, seat depth, and seat height. 

Near the workstations, there are shared Locker storage cabinets in the aisle where employees can temporarily store their personal items.

In an open office environment, private and focused spaces are still needed by employees, Cytiva placed a group of high-screened irregularly height adjustable desks in the shared office area.

The high partition configuration ensures that even when employees stand, it will not cause visual interference to adjacent colleagues, thereby improving their work efficiency.

「Nobius」 and Small Telephone Booth

In the face of frequent meetings with small scale, placing multiple  Nobius near workstations can effectively improve the efficiency of conducting small meetings and communication, while also reducing distractions to surrounding colleagues.

The Nobius possesses high flexibility, featuring wheels at its base that allow it to adapt to changes in enterprise space deployment, reducing expenses on hard installation adjustments.

In addition, employees use meeting rooms for extended periods and frequently, sometimes even spending the entire day in them. Therefore, the office also features a variety of meeting spaces, such as conference rooms equipped with Tyro training tables and FourSure chairs, or more playful Go-table high table meeting rooms.

Go-table is a  new creation aimed at healthy office life, perfectly combining exercise, health, and meetings. Go-table offers various exercise modes, such as ring pull-ups, leg presses, waist twists, parallel bars, and more. People can engage in appropriate exercises during meetings, making it easier to open up their minds and come up with innovative ideas.

Mobit is a collaborative furniture that integrates TV screen, writing board, storage, and partition. It can flexibly adapt to the changing needs of space and work together with products such as Cabana, Rocky, and Campers to form a powerful and diverse open collaborative office form.
