CHAGEE (BAWANGCHAJI) is an innovative brand of instant tea beverages created by Beijing Chagee Catering Management Co., Ltd. This brand has a long history and rich cultural background in the world of tea, spanning several thousand years. As one of the earliest regional chains of teahouses, CHAGEE has positioned itself as a provider of authentic Chinese tea, staying true to its cultural roots. The brand’s mission is to revive and reintroduce the Chinese tea culture to a global audience, leading to the popularization of a new generation of tea beverages in 2017.

CHAGEE is not only an innovative brand of instant tea beverages, but also an advocate of healthy living concepts.CHAGEE wanted an office that fostered a healthy workplace environment to better motivate their employees.

Focus on employee health

In order to provide a better office experience for employees, CHAGEE has chosen the Dyna2 Height-Adjustable Workstation.

The Dyna2 Workstation supports both standing and sitting positions, allowing employees to freely adjust their working posture according to their physical condition and needs, which in turn can help enhance their work efficiency.

Nobius pod effectively isolate external noise from interfering with calls and teleconferences, while ensuring that employees in a state of concentration are not disturbed by unexpected calls.

Hot-Desk & Morph Smart Locker

In this area, Dyna2 workstations are shared and can be raised and lowered freely, allowing users to adjust the height according to their personal size and preference, ensuring a comfortable experience for all users.

Meanwhile, Morph Smart Locker is adjacent to the shared workstations, allowing employees to reserve lockers on their cell phones, making it more convenient and efficient.

Collaborative Space

This office utilizes Focus island-style high tables, which encourage employees to communicate while standing. Standing meetings effectively promote blood circulation, and the absence of seating in this area further saves space. This setup is particularly conducive to short, rapid discussions such as brainstorming sessions.

With large floor-to-ceiling windows and a side door that opens onto a balcony, this room is a place for staff to relax and unwind, so a range of informal lounge furniture was chosen to suit the style and functionality of this space.

The FourSure 105 chairs and FourResting occasional table, with their elegant form and comfort, are the furniture of choice for this area, encouraging people to gather here and realizing the unity of aesthetics and practicality.

For this space, an innovative high/low combination conference table was chosen, consisting of two parts: a round high table and a long low table, allowing employees to meet in either standing or seated positions, which will encourage people to speak up and improve the efficiency of the meeting.

Agile Trainning Room

CHAGEE office includes an oversized meeting and training room designed to meet the frequent group training and meeting needs of many employees.

The space uses Molo series training tables and Ciro training chairs. With the modular design and high flexibility of the tables and chairs, a variety of layout options can be easily realized in the limited space to enhance the use experience and space efficiency.

CHAGEE’s new office space is not merely a workplace, but a synthesis of contemporary design principles, wellness lifestyle philosophies, and humanistic care.
