NOVAH utilized principles of science and innovation to create a professional, dynamic work environment for ThermoFisher’s Suzhou office. Every aspect from the office area to collaborative spaces, relaxation areas, and dining facilities has been carefully designed to support the ThermoFisher team in achieving greater innovations.
There is a unique space designed to inspire creativity, where each piece of furniture serves as a catalyst for creative thought. The fun-filled Rocky not only has a unique shape, but also encourages people to release their inspiration with its lively form and changeable seating position. The Seventeen chair encourages breaking the rules and expressing oneself freely, thus creating a creative space that promotes thinking and stimulates creativity.
The Seventeen chair incorporates three ergonomic designs of scallop-shaped backrest, a wasp waist and a waterfall seat edge, supporting various sitting--upright, sideways and backwards--with no constraints, fostering free-flowing inspiration.
Employees working here are mostly engaged in highly specialized technical work, which necessitates a higher degree of privacy and spacious desk space.
For the office area, Cluster workstations were selected, featuring frosted semi-transparent acrylic screens that effectively create visual partitions, offering each workstation a level of privacy while allowing light to penetrate freely, making the entire space bright and conducive to a productive working atmosphere.
Working in such a space, people can concentrate better while maintaining good interaction with their colleagues.
Given that some employees need to work long hours and under intense conditions, folding beds that can be stored under workstations have been provided. This design makes full use of the space at the bottom of the workstation and ensures that the entire office area is tidy and aesthetically pleasing. When employees need to take a short break, they can enjoy a moment's rest and relaxation with just one pull, so that they can be in a better state to meet new challenges.
To better meet the needs of employees using various electronic devices, each workstation is equipped with three power sockets and one network cable interface. The meticulous and thoughtful design reflects our deep understanding and care for the needs of our employees, allowing them to maximize their creativity in an efficient and convenient environment.
Storages not only handle daily task of storage tasks but also help divide the space, contributing to a more organized work environment.
Additionally, the tops of the storages between workstations can transform into efficient collaboration platforms. becoming ideal spots for brief communications and quick discussions, thereby enhancing work efficiency.
Creating a working environment free from external distractions is essential for enhancing work efficiency, particularly for those engaged in technical work. Besides the screened workstations, three dedicated phone booths with comfortable tables and chairs were specially planned near the workstations to provide a professional and comfortable place for communication.
The windowed passageway space next to the office area is designed to be a comfortable and pleasant collaborative meeting area, taking full advantage of the natural light. When the warmth of the sunlight fills the space, it is not only a place to relax, but also an ideal place to stimulate inspiration.
FourSure 44 and Cube were used to create a semi-enclosed layout that can easily accommodate more than 10 people, making it ideal for large-scale open discussions. Whether it's a team brainstorming session, a project presentation, or a daily work meeting, it will allow people to focus on the topic of discussion.
The supervisor's office features a hight- adjustable executive desk. The sleek executive desk is uncluttered, perfectly reflecting a minimalist and efficient work style.
Dyna2 supports both standing and sitting postures, with adjustable desktop heights catering to different working conditions, providing a healthier office experience during extended work periods. Considering the concern for personal privacy, we have equipped a special block in front of the desk, creating a more comfortable environment for efficient work.
Side cabinets include sliding door cabinets, open door cabinets, and drawer cabinets, fully addressing the need for categorized storage of items. whether it's office supplies or personal belongings, there is an appropriate place for everything, ensuring a tidy desktop and a refreshing working environment.
