This is the new office of Jolly Pharmaceutical, a well-known pharmaceutical company, in Hangzhou. The building is an arc-shaped structure. With the clever planning of the designer, it not only retains the characteristics of the circular structure, but also realizes the orderliness and comprehensiveness of functions inside, becoming a major feature of this space.

Customer Profile

Zhejiang Jolly Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd is a national high-tech enterprise integrated by scientific research, production and marketing, which was founded in January, 2000. On Feburary 22nd, 2011, it was successfully involved in the Growth Enterprises Market in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, known as the first public enterprise in Huzhou.

Beautiful sceneries everywhere

Jolly Pharmaceutical’ Hangzhou office is located near the Qiantang River, nestled between mountains and waters, with beautiful scenery. Almost all sides of the office are made of transparent glass, allowing people inside to enjoy the beautiful views outside.

This building is an irregular cylindrical structure, and lighting issues, especially the lighting of the core tube, are crucial. Large areas of glass elements ensure that the center of the building can also have good lighting effects.

Curve and straight line

Unlike general rectangular buildings, this space is an irregular cylindrical shape, so flexible changes are needed in spatial layout and furniture configuration.

In the chairman’s office, the semi-circular sofa complements the lines of this space and conveys a welcoming and inclusive attitude to visitors… The space and furniture fit perfectly together.

In terms of color matching, white, brown, and black complement each other, creating an elegant space.Most furniture has a simple design, is relatively grand, and has texture.

Improve efficiency

We observe people’s office behavior, select and arrange furniture according to employees’ needs, helping them improve work efficiency.

Considering that most of the employees working in this office are responsible for sales operations and need to communicate frequently in their daily work, all the workstations here are open to facilitate conversations between people.

In addition to the open workstation area, there are also small semi-private workstation areas in the office, providing employees with another option.

This is a cylindrical small meeting room, convenient for private talks between 2-6 people.
