In the planning layout of PATAC, we thoroughly considered the close relationship between people, office furniture, environment, and usage methods. Ultimately, we formed a multifunctional, flexible, and efficient office space, providing driving force for organizational success.

Customer Profile

PATAC is China’s first Sino-foreign automotive development joint venture between General Motors China LLC and SAIC Motor. And it is also the first automotive joint venture ever entitled “National Enterprise Technology Center” in China. With the vision to become a trend-setting, domestically leading and globally influential automotive research and development company, PATAC provides world-class automotive development services covering design, engineering development, testing and validation, etc.

Workspace

In this workplace, Novah has equipped employees with ergonomic seats to improve the physical fatigue caused by prolonged sitting. In the areas where employees have daily communication, not only flexible desks and chairs are provided, but also soundproof screen partitions are installed to meet the needs of collaboration and focus.

Leisure area

In the office leisure space, drinking coffee is a form of relaxation and also an excellent opportunity to promote employee communication. Perhaps casual communication is more efficient than serious and tense meetings.

Training

In an era where technology is particularly important, training for employees is indispensable. This training space utilizes movable and connectable tables and chairs to create a more flexible space.

Limited space can yield greater value. For example, we center on the employee collaboration area and arrange a coffee bar, leisure area, meeting area, and other facilities reasonably around it. Different areas work in coordination to better serve the employees.
