Singapore, with its favorable business environment is the preferred location for many well-known companies to set up their foreign subsidiaries.
NOVAH chose Singapore as the 'first station' to discover new opportunities and growth drivers to serve our partners and customers around the world.
When we talk about Singapore, a multicultural fusion comes to mind. East meets West, modernity meets history, and they create Singapore's unique cultural appeal.
A key design concept for the NOVAH Centre is: close connection with Singapore's local culture. Therefore, we chose materials and colors that reflect its unique cultural characteristics:
Bright and warm color scheme echoing the richness of the tropical landscape. Color blocking design, nostalgic pattern creating a retro and romantic atmosphere.
Natural materials such as tropical plants and rattan weaving were applied in the space, highlighting the natural texture and original flavor.
Stepping into NOVAH Centre, NOVAH leads you on a warm and cosy journey, with the self-service refreshment bar opening its arms and smart lockers waiting for your visit.
NOVAH Centre integrates the concept of semi-open collaborative space, and the whole collaborative area focuses on flexible layout and quick response.
Flexible collaboration setups encourage communication and discussion, increasing adaptability for work and teamwork. This approach also allows for easy reorganization and change.
Flexible yet private, the high-back FourUs sofas provide privacy and reduce distractions. The layout allows collaboration spaces to be adjusted as needed.
As a private collaboration zone within the office, it is used for 2 to 4 employees to collaborate, make calls, hold meetings, conduct interviews, and serve as temporary workspace. It can be equipped with screen projection, writing surfaces, and power outlets as needed.
Multiple office formats have emerged, such as traditional fixed offices and shared workspaces. With user-friendly systems, employees can easily manage their use.
