At FIND·Design Fair Asia 2025, a leading design event in Southeast Asia, NOVAH unveiled its vision for the future of hybrid work under the theme “Spaces That Move With You.” Addressing architects, interior designers, developers, and corporate clients from around the world, NOVAH explored the evolving challenges of hybrid work and dynamic team structures. NOVAH champions a new kind of flexibility—one not driven by complex technology, but by design that adapts organically to changing needs and behaviors, enabling spaces to be used efficiently and sustainably over time.

Lightweight Infrastructure: The Invisible Framework for Mobility

To meet the unpredictable rhythms of hybrid work, NOVAH introduced its “Lightweight Infrastructure” series—smart lockers, shared desks, phone booths, and mobile acoustic panels. Designed to require minimal structural intervention, these unobtrusive yet foundational elements serve as the invisible backbone of flexible workspaces. They deliver consistent functionality while enhancing order and efficiency, empowering organizations to manage space with lower costs and greater agility.

Modular System: Design-Driven Spatial Adaptation

NOVAH’s modular furniture system reduces dependence on smart technology and fixed infrastructure. Through intuitive connections and scalable components, it can be rapidly reconfigured without tools. Whether shifting from focused work to collaboration, or adapting from temporary use to team-based projects, the layout evolves seamlessly with people’s needs—living up to the promise of spaces that move with you. This low-intervention, highly responsive design lowers the barrier to use and significantly extends the adaptability and lifespan of the workspace.

Through modular design and minimal installation requirements, we extend the lifecycle of furniture and interiors, reducing unnecessary costs and resource consumption. Though FIND has concluded, the conversation about the future of work continues.
