With over a decade of expertise in precision manufacturing, it is among the few domestic enterprises that possess a full production chain for automotive precision tubing — covering raw material processing, tube forming, heat treatment, and machining. The company is committed to development guided by the principles of digitization, lean operations, and innovation.
For this project, NOVAH designed the headquarters office space for Hongyi Precision, centered on modern design and the concept of healthy working environments. By integrating natural light and water elements, the workspace delivers a transparent and dynamic atmosphere. At the same time, all employees are equipped with height-adjustable desks, reflecting the company’s emphasis on employee well-being and its forward-looking vision for the future of work.
Upon entering the lobby of Hongyi Precision’s headquarters, the first thing that catches the eye is its double-height ceiling, which gives the entire space a sense of openness and transparency. The water feature on the first floor not only reflects the sunlight streaming through the glass windows but also gently incorporates the architectural outline of the entire building, creating a visual experience that is both serene and dignified.
A sweeping staircase links the floors, acting as both a functional connector and an artful centerpiece that enhances spatial depth and movement. Its adjacent textured walls create ever-changing light-and-shadow effects with the sun’s movement, adding dynamic beauty while minimizing reliance on artificial lighting — a true reflection of sustainable design.
Hongyi Precision has always placed employee health at the top of its priorities, committing to creating a people-centric working environment. To achieve this, the company has equipped all employees with height-adjustable desks, supporting a sit-stand work style. This helps effectively alleviate neck and lower back fatigue caused by prolonged sitting, while also enhancing work efficiency and overall comfort.
Designed with modern minimalism and ergonomic wellness in mind, the Atom Multi-functional Height-Adjustable Executive Desk brings style and comfort to the Chairman’s Office. Featuring integrated power outlets and concealed wiring, it ensures a tidy workspace — reducing visual clutter and elevating the overall environment.
The Vito Height-Adjustable Executive Desk combines ergonomic wellness with sleek, modern design. Featuring effortless one-touch adjustment and a 40cm height range, it adapts seamlessly to different working scenarios — helping leaders stay comfortable, focused, and ready to act.
Combining Dyna2 with Crossover screens in open office areas provides just the right balance of openness and privacy. These mid-height screens reduce distractions while preserving sightlines, supporting smooth shifts between deep focus and teamwork — fostering a dynamic yet orderly work rhythm.
Hongyi Precision has designed meeting spaces that prioritize both well-being and productivity. Fitted with ergonomic seating, these environments support proper posture during extended discussions, minimizing fatigue and enhancing focus — ultimately elevating the quality of collaboration and decision-making.
The Melo chair features a cushion with an advanced lift-structure design, offering a floating seating experience similar to that of an aircraft pilot seat. This effectively distributes leg pressure and reduces discomfort caused by prolonged sitting. The Frasso executive desk chair, on the other hand, combines elegant aesthetics with ergonomic principles, integrating functionality and comfort into one. It provides precise support along the body’s natural sitting curves, delivering a more conforming and natural seating experience.
Conveniently located near the office area, compact meeting rooms at Hongyi Precision support the company’s agile and collaborative work style.
