The new office space of a leading enterprise in the real estate industry showcases an efficient office method for the future, including multi-intelligent office areas, healthy and warm third spaces, and so on.

The company has 44 years of experience in property development and real estate operation and management, with operations in more than 80 cities in China, as well as in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and other countries and regions.
What does a futuristic office space look like? First and foremost, it must be highly intelligent and humanized, capable of accommodating both private and open working modes. In this project: to effectively connect people, promote innovative collaboration, and drive enterprise development, we have created an ‘open space that is diverse and flexible’for them.
Research shows that humans need 2 hours of sunlight daily to achieve optimal health. Therefore, we intentionally set up the open office area in front of large floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing employees to enjoy warm sunshine while working.
We have equipped the open office area with adjustable workstations Dyna, making it convenient for employees to switch between sitting and standing postures to alleviate the problem of sore shoulders, necks, and backs. The workstation is also configured with CEB power supply, making it easy for employees to use electricity and making work more effortless and straightforward.
In the real estate industry, some work requires a certain degree of confidentiality. We have also taken this type of demand into consideration in open office areas. For private business, NOVAH adopts Crossover workstations with strong privacy. This creates an efficient and discreet personal space, facilitating employees to enter a focused mode.
The office is not only a place for work, but also an important space in people’s daily lives. In this office, there is an open and relaxing third space where people can speak freely in a pleasant atmosphere and promote business more actively.
There is also a cozy tea room, where the furniture is mainly yellow, green, and blue, catering to the aesthetic of young employees.
In the enterprise, the harmonious atmosphere within the team and the opportunities for learning and training are also topics that employees care about very much. Therefore, learning spaces and meeting spaces have been planned in the office.
We have chosen the Action Training Chair as shown in the picture for our training room. It has a simple design and versatile functions, which can easily meet different office needs. It provides support for user comfort, helps people enter a state of deep concentration, and acquire more skills and knowledge. Ultimately, it forms a progressive and dynamic corporate culture.
Based on the number of employees in the enterprise, we have estimated the most suitable usage area for the meeting room. Large and medium-sized conference rooms are designed to accommodate various scales of communication, learning, and team building. They facilitate timely teamwork, R&D innovation, and ensure the continuous growth of core business among departments.
