In this project, Novah has crafted the factory office for the Weifang Parker Hannifin Filtration Systems Company, deeply understanding the enterprise’s needs and merging "industrial craftsmanship" with "humanistic warmth". With professionalism and meticulousness, Novah translated Parker Hannifin’s technological beliefs into a perceptible spatial language, adding another "people-oriented" hallmark to the benchmarks of global enterprises.

At Parker Hannifin Weifang, these values are also integrated into the design of the office space. Through meticulous planning and high-quality office furniture configurations, we have created an environment that is both efficient and comfortable for employees.
As an innovation-driven global enterprise, Parker Hannifin understands that focus is the cornerstone of breakthrough research and development, while collaboration is the source of creative inspiration. In the open office area of Parker Hannifin Weifang, Metro cubicle workstations feature a minimalist and fluid design language with scientifically rational space division. These workstations effectively isolate visual distractions while maintaining the openness of the space, allowing each engineer to seamlessly switch between "solitude" and "connection".
Meanwhile, the introduction of I-one office chairs further demonstrates Parker Hannifin's commitment to employee health. The I-one chair offers adjustable lumbar support, catering to the needs of employees with different body types and providing ergonomic comfort for focused work. Just as Parker Hannifin strives for "precision control" in hydraulic systems, the I-one chair provides "precise support" to safeguard the healthy working experience of every employee.
Adjacent to the workstations, we have also specially designed Cabana sofa collaboration areas and Nobius soundproof phone booths, providing teams with flexible and diverse communication scenarios. Whether it's a brainstorming session where ideas are flowing freely or a quiet, private discussion requiring confidentiality, employees can quickly find the appropriate space to meet their needs.
The executive offices feature a calm color palette and sleek lines, reflecting Parker Hannifin's professional corporate image while providing a space for efficient decision-making. The executive offices are equipped with the Atom height-adjustable desk, designed for healthy working. The Atom serves multiple purposes, from individual work to team collaboration, offering flexibility and freedom.
The executive offices at Parker Hannifin Weifang also feature a dedicated collaboration meeting area to meet the needs of daily management meetings and team collaboration. Here, Cluster meeting tables are paired with Seda chairs, offering a minimalist and elegant design along with exceptional comfort, ensuring that every meeting takes place in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
At Parker Hannifin Weifang, the meeting collaboration area is not just a place to discuss projects; it serves as a "hub of innovation" that sparks creativity. We have designed a variety of spaces to cater to different meeting scales, from flexible modular setups for collaborative work to formal large executive meetings, ensuring that every session can contribute to the next technological breakthrough.
The executive conference room features the spacious and grand Legend conference table, perfectly matching the atmosphere of large-scale meetings. The dual-row power tracks fully meet the electrical needs of all participants.
In addition to meeting various meeting requirements, the Parker Hannifin Weifang office also caters to flexible modular training and collaboration needs. Here, we have selected the combination of Tyro training tables and Ciro training chairs, offering versatile space layouts to accommodate a range of scenarios from training lectures to team collaboration.
The Tyro training tables, with their lightweight design and flexible assembly methods, can be quickly adjusted into various configurations. Whether it's a round-table setup for group discussions or a theater-style arrangement for large-scale training sessions, all layouts can be easily achieved.
Paired with the Tyro tables, the Ciro training chairs feature a sleek design and comfortable seating, providing lasting support for users. Their dual-folding design makes them easy to store, maximizing space efficiency. Every quick reconfiguration allows for collaboration that is both comfortable and efficient.

From the focus and efficiency of the open office area, to the flexibility of the collaboration zones; from the stately atmosphere of the executive office area, to the vitality of the fitness zone, every detail reflects Novah's dedication to "craftsmanship in space."
