This NOVAH Digital Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use your information through a variety of digital means. By accessing or using this website, mobile application or other NOVAH product or service on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, console or other device (collectively, "Device"), you consent to our Privacy Policy. NOVAH may modify this Privacy Policy at any time effective upon its posting. Your continued use of our products and services constitutes your acceptance to this Privacy Policy and any updates. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and is subject to, the Terms of Use.


1. We collect information you give us or permit us to access. Information may include, but is not limited to, your name, birth date, email and physical address, telephone number, gender, contact lists, social media information and profile, location (GPS) information, activity and performance information.

NOVAH provides many of our sites and services free of charge because they are supported by advertising. In order to make these services widely available, the information we collect may be used to help improve the advertisements you see by making them more relevant to you

4. We will share your personal information with your consent For example, we share your content with third parties when you tell us to do so, such as when you send an email to a friend, share photos and documents on One Drive or link accounts with another service.
We may share or disclose personal information with other NOVAH controlled subsidiaries and affiliates, and with vendors or agents working on our behalf. 5. You may research, add, edit or delete your personal information in NOVAH’s website. You cannot login and use our service after you delete your account information.

6. There is a password for your personal account and information in NOVAH’s website to protect your privacy. We suggest you don’t disclose your password to others. We will not call you or send you email to ask for the password. If you share the computer with others or using the public computer, don’t forget to logout your account and close the browser to make sure that no others can get your private information. We try to protect your privacy safety according to PRC laws and business practices. Once we get your information, we will keep it safe in our system.

7. Exoneration clause NOVAH’s website explicitly claims below:
    (1) The disclosure of personal information according to PRC laws or the government mandatory provisions.
    (2) Personal private disclosure because of you share the password with others.
    (3) Irresistible force, such as hacker attack, computer virus or government restriction.
    (4) The other company or people that not controlled by NOVAH disclosure the private information.

8. NOVAH reserves the right to the NOVAH Digital Privacy Policy.

9. By accessing and using the Site, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not use the Site.
